Deposit

100AED non-refundable deposit required. Applied towards your service total.

Wig Drop Off

Drop off 3 days prior or 24hrs minimum. Same-day customization: +100AED. Dubai pickup: +20AED.

Cancel

24hrs notice required. Deposit forfeited if late. Reschedule within one month.

Late Arrivals

30min grace period. +50AED after 30min. Appointment cancelled after 1hr late.

Payment

Cash, bank transfer, or payment link. Accepting AED, USD, EUR, GBP.

Travel Service

+300AED for UAE locations outside Dubai.

Early & Late Hours

+100AED for appointments before 9am or after 9pm.
